Pagentix ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pagentix mobile app and website at pagentix.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
By using Pagentix, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Pagentix:
Account information

Email address (used to create and authenticate your account)
Business profile

Business name and industry (e.g. contractor, freelancer, agency)

Services you offer and typical pricing ranges
•
Common project structures and past work context

Brand settings such as logo and company information
Documents
•
Proposals, quotes, and other documents you generate

Client names and email addresses you enter on documents

Line items, pricing, and amounts on quotes

Document status (draft, sent, viewed, accepted)
AI generation input
•
The conversational descriptions you provide to generate documents (e.g. "deck replacement, 400 sq ft, composite boards"). These prompts are sent to our AI provider to produce your document content.
Document view tracking

When a recipient opens a shared document link, we record the timestamp. This is used to notify you that your document has been viewed.

Third-Party Services
We share your data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the service:
Supabase
We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage. Your account data, business profile, and documents are stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.
Anthropic (Claude API)
When you generate a document, your descriptive prompt and relevant business profile context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the document content. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their usage policies. Anthropic does not use your inputs to train their models under their standard API terms. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@pagentix.app, after which your personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
Documents shared with clients via public links may remain accessible for a short period after account deletion while cached. We do not retain your AI generation prompts longer than necessary to produce the document.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated users. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled securely by Supabase.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to:

Children's Privacy
